What happens when I enable "SSO Login" for a user account?

Once you enable "SSO Login" for a user account, that user cannot login using his Accompa password.

The user can only login using the "SSO Method" you've selected in the "Configure SSO" page of your Accompa account.

📝 Note:

  • During periods when your company's SSO Web Service is unavailable or malfunctioning, users whose accounts have been "SSO Login" enabled cannot log in to Accompa.
  • We recommend that you do not enable "SSO Login" for Administrator users. If your Accompa administrators were SSO users and your SSO server had an outage - they would not be able to log in to Accompa in order to deactivate SSO.
