Any emails sent to features@YourCompany.com will be converted into requirements based on the rules you defined when creating your SmartEmail.
IMPORTANT: Please note that your IT Admin must create a setting such that emails received at features@YourCompany.com are "auto forwarded" to your SmartEmail address. If you manually forward the emails, the processing will not work properly.
