How can I create a new "SmartView" (for viewing "Features")?
To create a new "SmartView" for viewing "Features":
Login to your account.
Click
Features
tab, then click
Create New SmartView
link in the left-panel under "View" section and select "Features".
Alternatively, click
Features
tab and then click
View Features
link under the tab. In the resulting page, click
Create New SmartView
link.
In the resulting page, complete all the necessary fields and click "Save" button. Most sections are self-explanatory, here is some more detail:
Filter Criteria
section: Only features matching the criteria defined in this section will be displayed in this "SmartView".
Sorting Criteria
section: Features displayed in this "SmartView" will be sorted by this criteria.
Columns to Display
section: Select columns to be displayed for this "SmartView".
Access Privileges
section: Define who can see and edit this "SmartView".
